If you develop a fever, new cough, or shortness of breath or have been around anyone suspected to have COVID-19, please reschedule your appointment.
Come alone to your appointment, if possible (exceptions made for parents/guardians of minors and anyone needing medical or translation assistance).
Do not come into the office any more than five minutes early for your scheduled appointment, unless otherwise instructed. If you do arrive early, you may call
Wear a mask.
Be prepared to have your temperature taken upon entering.
